District Energy Systems

District energy is an efficient technology that meets the need for central heating and cooling in a simple, convenient and secure way. The expansion of district energy has reduced emission of greenhouse gases from heating and cooling by about 20%, while the economics are very competitive compared to other forms of heating and cooling.

ETS

The Energy Transfer Station (ETS) offers a wide range of standardized district heating substations with AHRI certified heat exchangers.

It features preconfigured solutions for all heating and domestic hot water requirements. However, each ETS unit can be customized to meet the specific customer needs and building requirements.

When connected to a district heating or cooling network, the range is designed to provide:

  • Space heating only (radiators and floor heating)

  • Space heating and domestic hot water

  • Cooling
